Awkwafina

Awkwafina was an American actor and musician. She started by releasing humorous, cleverly written lyrics in rap that dealt with topics like race and sexuality. Later, she broadened her audience to Hollywood. She was born Nora Lum to Chinese and Korean immigrants within Forest Hills Queens her first taste of musician life came in the form of the trumpet. Her classical, jazz and hip-hop training began as she was just a teenager. After concentrating on education, she earned the degree of journalist in university and also a women's study degree. The focus on music until after she finished her studies. The song My Vag, a response track to Mickey Avalon's My Dick gained viral popularity on the Internet in 2012. It eventually made it in the album debut Yellow Ranger released in 2014. On the album, there also were viral songs like Queef (body-positive) and NYC Bitche$. This track was directly linked into another venture Awkwafina's NYC A travel guide that was released in 2015. In addition to having a book published as well, she also worked as a performer. Her film credits include films like Neighbors 2 Storks as well as Bad Rap. In 2018, she scored major roles in a variety of high-profile movies like Dude Ocean's Eight and Crazy Rich Asians. In June, she debuted her new EP "In Fina We Trust".
