Angela Kaufman

Angela Kaufman is an author and speaker. She is a Certified Intuitive Consultant, licensed clinical social worker Activist and Astrologer. She is certified as a Psychic Medium and Reiki practitioner. She is also an ordained minister. Her reputation by her portrait artistry over a three-year period in Italy. It is evident that her work was admired as shown by her election to Rome's Accademia di San Luca 1765. Angelica Kauffman lived in England for just 15 years but she left a huge impact on London's 18th-century artistic scene. Angelica Kauffman was only one of two women who were founding memberships of the Royal Academy. Angelica Kauffman passed away on 5 November 1807 aged 66. Liz Powers, along with Spencer Powers were her brothers. Spencer Powers founded ArtLifting together in November 2013. Liz was chosen for Forbes 30 Under 30 as the Boston Globe's Game Changers. Liz's interests include hiking, swimming and yoga. In the course of moving to Rome in the beginning of January 1763, Kauffman was welcomed into her fellow British community. After a few more months, her family relocated to Naples. The artist continued to paint portraits, and also studied English. Then Kauffman was able to study works of those of the Old Masters and had her initial painting shown at an exhibition held in London.
